Directions:

Hair- Apply to damp or dry hair starting with a small amount at the crown or center of the head and then massage and allow the oil to drain to other areas of the scalp. May apply directly to hair strands, ends of hair, and beard for nourishment and shine.  Use daily or as needed.

Skin- Apply to damp or dry skin/body daily or as needed. For external use only.
